NBCC has set up a well defined system for identifying the training needs of all employees at various levels to upgrade their skills and knowledge. The information regarding training needs is derived by conducting 'training needs survey' among the employees. On the basis of requirement of jobs, we develop our existing manpower by giving them training, retraining and by remustering of manpower. These trainings are conducted in-house and also externally through outside agencies.
