In response to our notice dated 30.7.2011, it is to inform that out of 448 Nos. allottees of Tower A, B, C, D, only 355 Nos. allottees turned up for registration of Conveyance Deed executed during August & September, 2011.
We have received all registered Conveyance Deeds and same are being dispatched to allottees or financial institutions from where the loan is taken as the case may be, subject to clearance of our dues. NBCC again requests all allottees to clear their outstanding dues immediately in case not cleared so far.
We will try to take up registration of conveyance deed of left out allottees during the registration of conveyance deeds for Tower E, F, G & H which is likely to be done in next 2-3 months.
The apartments in Tower E, G & H are ready and possession letters are being issued subject to payment of outstanding dues.
Our Site Management has started giving clearance on completion of apartment in Tower 'F' in phased manner. Accordingly, final demand letter for 15 allottees have already been sent and balance will be issued shortly.
