Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Urban Development
NBCC has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the year 2011-12 with its Administrative Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India on 15th March 2011.It is worth maintaining that NBCC in the year 2010-11, has achieved an income of Rs.3231.45 crore an increase of 7% over previous year i.e.2009-10. It has earned a net profit before tax of Rs. 209.63 crore and net profit after tax, of Rs. 140.34 crore with a net worth of Rs. 654.14 crore for the year 2011-11, which is 20% over previous year(2009-10) on all accounts
The MoU inter alia, also includes some dynamic parameters in order to give a further boost to the NBCC's stride towards excellence. These parameters are :-
Enhancement of customer satisfaction level.
Human Resources Development through training and retraining to suit corporate requirements.
Adoption of Green Technology in execution of projects.
Enhancing contribution in Environment and Sustainable Devlopment.
Contribution in R & D.
Enhanced CSR Activites.
NBCC has been rated EXCELLENT by the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises consecutively for the last seven years.
