Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) 2009-10
NBCC Targets Ambitious Growth
NBCC has Signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the year 2009-10 with its Administrative Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India on 27th March 2009. The MoU has targeted an accelerated pace of growth for the Corporation. The target for sales turnover of the Corporation for the year 2009-10 has been fixed at Rs.2200 crore. The order book target has been fixed at Rs.3542 crore with a gross profit of Rs.170 crore.
The MoU inter alia, also includes some dynamic parameters in order to give a further boost to the Corporation's stride towards excellence. These parameters are :-
Enhancement of customer satisfaction level.
Development of skills of workers and executives through training and retraining to suit corporate requirements.
Implementation of ERP.
Adoption of improved Technology in execution of projects.
Initiation of new joint ventures (JVs) / new projects with existing JVs (including consortium approach)
NBCC has been rated EXCELLENT by the Department of Public Enterprises consecutively for the last five years. DPE has awarded MoU Excellence award to NBCC for the last three consecutive years.
